  • Noise, people or commotion get on your nerves (often avoid large groups of people or noisy places)
  • Having a hard time concentrating when things are going on around you.
  • Having a hard time getting to sleep or turning your mind off at night

  • Needing white noise such as a radio, TV, fan or air conditioner to help you sleep better.
  • Sudden noises startle you.
