Take pictures of the eyes
Take 5 pictures of both eyes
Several types of cameras can take adequate pictures such
as a newer smartphone or a digital camera. I use a iris
scope.
The absolutely weakest pixel I believe that can work is a
5.5 but the higher the pixels the better, and the seeing
preferably for close up pictures
It takes a lot of trying, a lot of practice and patience. But
it is vital to get good pictures.
There needs be as little glare as possible. So take
pictures away from outside lighting, windows, over-head
lighting or any lamps. It is best to take pictures in a
hallway.
Use a flash. Especially for dark eyes, light blues eyes
sometime bleed out if you use a flash.
The picture of the eye should be at least 1500 x 1500
pixels. Clear enough that we can see the fibers as
marked below. Take 5.

Straight ahead – the whole eye should be showing.

For the sclera (white part of the eye), we will be studying

Do 5 pictures for both eyes.
Eyes need to be fully open.
You may need to pull the skin around the eye away.
When you have taken clear pictures, email them to me and if they are adequate, I will email back a link and time/date we can get together to do a consultation.
I have retires and no longer charge for a consultation.
